Welcome to the December edition of 'Joining the dots in tech'. We have some exciting new resources and events to share this month, including the launch of in:tech, the new diversity and inclusion podcast from the Tech Talent Charter (TTC).

Here are some of our latest updates: 

• We're preparing to launch our annual Diversity in Tech report, which will include new insights and interactive benchmarking tools, on 1 March 2023. Please watch this space and our social media channels for more information. 
• Our CEO Debbie Forster MBE recently spoke at the WeAreTechWomen Level Up Summit. If you missed it, take a look at the event roundup and the research we did with WeAreTechWomen about the barriers women face in the tech sector.
• TTC Signatory Samsung has shared new research about bias related to ethnicity in the workplace, which includes a quote from TTC Director Edleen John. 
• Partnering with global engineering firm Leidos, we held a focus group on the topic of Social Value in November. Check out our blog to learn more.

Looking at digital skills 

Lloyds Banking Group recently released the UK Consumer Digital Index 2022. It's the UK’s largest study of digital and financial lives and includes the Essential Digital Skills measure.

Creating supportive wellbeing policies 

This TTC Signatory forum, which featured Jayde Tipper from Temenos, looked at how to create a robust suite of policies that will support employee wellbeing. Watch on YouTube.
