📣 *Announcing our Diversity in Tech roadshow at Bletchley Park* Coming to you from the home of codebreaking and the recent AI summit, Tech Talent Charter will be exploring the latest findings in our Diversity in Tech report at our Bletchley Park roadshow on 14th March. This will be the first chance to dig deeper into the new data points, find out what other companies are doing, and find opportunities to collaborate on action. The event powered by BAE Digital Intelligence Services also includes an optional guided tour of this historic location where women played a vital role. 👩👦 Tackling the Motherhood penalty in tech: 40% of women felt caring commitments influenced their decision to leave their tech job according to our recent research. That's why we're thrilled to have teamed up with the MotherBoard Charter to launch a guide on creating parent-inclusive workplaces.
💬 New chat function on our Open Playbook: we know that D&I resources have never been more stretched so we are trialling a new chat function in our D&I Open Playbook to support you with your D&I work. If you're a Signatory with a D&I query, you can use the chat to find the answers you need or to ask one of our team directly.
