The Sutton Trust is a leading social mobility charity, with a long history of supporting young people from low socioeconomic backgrounds into industries such as medicine, law, and finance. Now, turning their attention to tech they are looking to inform and inspire their network of students, giving them a taste of the tech industry in an online 'Spotlight on Tech' series in 2024.

The Sutton Trust works with talented and diverse young people across the UK, this is a great opportunity to promote your organisation or field of work as a career opportunity and attract new talent.

They are looking to hear from individuals or organisations who are interested in contributing to, or running sessions in the following three areas:

1. Industry Insight Talks: Insights on the types of roles available in the industry, what to expect in tech, routes in, and common misconceptions. 

2. Networking Opportunities: An online networking session where students can ask career questions and learn more about professionals, their roles, and routes into tech.

3. Skills Sessions: hands-on workshops, from coding fundamentals to data analytics, we are looking for sessions that give a flavour of the practical skills that support success in the tech landscape.
