2021 INCLUSION IN TECH FESTIVAL

TOUGH CONVERSATIONS FOR MEANINGFUL SOLUTIONS

24, 25 & 26 February 2021

2021 Inclusion in Tech Festival - Tough conversations for meaningful solutions

Alternate text: 2021 Inclusion in Tech Festival - Tough Conversations for Meaningful Solutions - 24, 25 and 26 February. Thanks to sponsors and partners Unilever, HP, Lloyds Banking Group, Nationwide Building Society, NatWest, Nominet, QA Ltd and techUK

Action, not talk: Having tough conversations

In 2021 we must move the conversation on to ensure that ethnicity, social inclusion, disability and sexual orientation are as central to any tech inclusion and diversity (I&D) strategy as gender. Perhaps you’ve been to lots of I&D in tech events, you know what the issues are, understand the challenges and you’re aware of the opportunities. But what’s next? What actually makes a real difference to driving greater inclusion and diversity in tech?

Our Inclusion in Tech Flexi Festival took place on 24, 25 and 26 February 2021 with 3 short sessions each day. With thanks to headline sponsors, Unilever, and supporting partners, Global, HP, Lloyds Banking Group, Nationwide Building Society, NatWest, Nominet, QA Ltd and techUK, we presented headlines from our 2020 Diversity in Tech Report and shared the key insights and strategies from experts and employers of tech. The focus of all 9 sessions was on actionable insights.
